Is Your Brain Hungry for Some Bite-sized Learning?

Ok. Today is the day. It’s not fully ready, not fully “baked” – AND I’m announcing anyway!

I’m really busy. You’re really busy. Life is moving at an increasingly fast pace, especially for those of us who work with technology (that’s pretty much everybody now, right?!) Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Vine, Instagram, Snapchat… the “next” hot app or service… how can you keep up? And do you really have to? I mean, we only have so much attention to give, only so much time to spend on this stuff. How can you decide what’s worth your time, and then get up and running fast?

I want to help.

I’m excited to announce that I’m finally taking time to produce a long-time passion project of mine – Beginners Brain. I had this idea over a year ago, that we can learn anything if we have the right mindset and the right prerequisites. I wasn’t sure what form it would take, so I let it simmer. Now I’m ready to serve it up!

The core belief behind Beginners Brain is that we need to approach learning with the zen “beginner’s mind” – with openness and a mindset that we can do it. And it helps when you have someone explaining it to you in a way you can understand. That’s where I come in.

On June 1, I’m launching a new video series: “Brain Snacks.” One-minute videos that give you bite-sized helpings of tech help. I’ll review a new app, show you how to use a cool feature, or give you quick resources that you can use today. Oh, and yes, it’s totally free!

While much of my time is spent working behind the scenes for large corporations through my consulting company, Kelley Green Consulting, I love to learn – and I want to share that love with you. After all, through learning new things, you can boost your self-esteem, better cope with stress, (and see more success in your business too)!

I hope you’ll join me on this evolving Beginners Brain journey. Sign up for updates at Beginnersbrain.com and I’ll serve you up fresh Brain Snacks every week, covering technology, software, and apps. I’ll also be posting them on our Youtube channel and on Instagram, so do follow us there, too.

See you on Wednesday, June 1st!
