Canva for Work is an awesome tool for anyone working with a group to create great designs. But after a while, you and your team can start to get bogged down by an overwhelming amount of designs all jumbled in one stream within Canva. With so many files accumulated over time, it can be difficult to find what you’re looking for.
That said, I’m happy to tell you that Canva for Work recognized this problem and recently added folders, an easy way to sort and categorize your designs. In this premium version of Canva, you and your team can now organize designs by project, date, or any way that makes sense to you! Using folders, you’ll be able to easily direct team members to a specific design without wasting time searching for it, and you’ll be able to keep all related designs an assets for a project together.
